By accessing and using the Luckily website (luckily.co.uk) and entering any competitions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. Employees of Luckily Entertainment Ltd and their immediate family members are excluded from entering. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity before awarding any prize. Entries from individuals under 18 will be void.
2. How to Enter
Entries can be purchased online through our website. Each ticket constitutes one entry into the specified competition. A free postal entry route is available for all competitions. To enter by post, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your full name, email address, and the competition name to: Luckily Entertainment Ltd, 120 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. One free entry per envelope. Postal entries must be received before the draw date.
3. Competition Draws
All draws are conducted using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Draws take place on the date and time specified on the competition page. If all tickets are sold before the scheduled draw date, the draw may take place earlier. We reserve the right to postpone a draw if insufficient tickets have been sold. All draws are conducted live and recorded for transparency.
4. Prizes
Prizes are as described on each competition page. Where a cash alternative is offered, the winner may choose either the physical prize or the cash amount stated. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged except where a cash alternative is explicitly offered. Cash prizes are paid via bank transfer within 24 hours of the winner confirming their details. Physical prizes are dispatched within 48 hours.
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email and phone within 24 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to re-draw the prize. Winner names and counties may be published on our website and social media channels.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Once a competition entry has been purchased, it is non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled. In the event of cancellation, all entries will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 working days.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are operated by individuals under 18.
8. Limitation of Liability
Luckily Entertainment Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for competition entries in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for any technical failures, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect your ability to enter competitions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Luckily website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Luckily Entertainment Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
